After graduating from law school in 2003, Mr. Dwyer began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, Boston, Massachusetts. Serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the Boston Municipal Court-Roxbury Division, Mr. Dwyer successfully prosecuted hundreds of defendants charged with various types of criminal offenses ranging from domestic violence to violations of the Massachusetts drug laws. In 2005, Mr. Dwyer moved to Waltham, Massachusetts where he opened up his own law office. Since 2005, Mr. Dwyer has represented clients charged with a variety of criminal offenses. Since opening his office in Waltham, Mr. Dwyer’s areas of practice have expanded to include civil litigation, condominium law and Family and Probate Court matters.
